UPDATE: After my initial review, I was very impressed with the way the owner Ricardo addressed my concerns. He contacted me personally and we had a candid conversation. Not only was he very apologetic, but I was humbled by his generous act of kindness. Due to the professionalism and the manner in which Ricardo handled the situation, I have forgiven their conduct. I honestly believe this was an isolated incident and not a reflection of the integrity of the company. Afterall, we are all human and everyone makes mistakes. And in good faith Ricardo had my entire yard cleaned. The matter in which Ricardo chose to deal with this issue is commendable and very much appreciated. I believe in second chances and after I witnessed the exceptional work his employees did to my property, I've had a change of heart. Not only do I highly recommend this company, but if needed, I would utilize his services again. In life we don't often get a do over. So, if the opportunity presents itself, give it a try. There are still kind people in the world and Ricardo is one of them. Thanks again for your services. INITIAL REVIEW: I am still trying to understand how my property was affected and utilized by your tree service company that I did not hire. On 3/26 your company cut down several very large trees on Whitman Ave. The next morning, I observed several branches, debris, excessive number of leaves, water bottles and trash in my front yard. Upon reviewing my cameras to my dismay, there were several things that I'm not pleased with. Not only did I observe one of your employees on his cell phone, smoking a cigarette while stepping in my flower bed and go into the corner and lean up against my house. I then saw where your employees utilized my front yard to store their tree saw, trimmer, black duffle bag, orange rope that two of your men actually wrapped around my tree to help them cut down the tree in my neighbor's yard that they were hired to do. Who does this? I feel as if I need to be compensated. After all your employees utilized my yard, tree and left a mess for me to clean up. As grown me, their behavior is unacceptable and represents your company. Although I technically did not hire your services, I am a victim of the unprofessionalism your employees displayed. And due to failing to be considerate of my property and lack of tidiness I would not recommend your services. Common courtesy and common sense go a long way. My attempts to address this issue with the individual that hired you was unsuccessful. I determined he isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer and that I was better off talking with my 2-year-old.

We had 2 trees that were overdue for a good trim and needed some bigger branches removed. They did a great job on both the trees and cleanup. We really appreciate the care they took in their work. They were quick to come out both for the quote and service. Very reasonable cost points as well!
